ויזת תיירים או ויזת עבודה?

Hi Jamie, I am a US citizen, as are our 4 children. My wife is Israeli, whose 10 yr B1/B2 VISA has expired recently. I am moving to the US to work (permanently), while my wife and kids will join in August. When here, she intends to look for a job (in digital marketing), but she has no specific offer now. My question is: should she apply for a regular B1/B2 visa and then for a Green Card after the move, or should she apply now for a working visa as that is her intention? Thand you very much!!! Daniel

Greetings Daniel, It is not recommended to apply under a B1/B2 while intending to work. I would suggest an alternative route. You could go for a spousal visa.
